The Home Depot Foundation Gives Back to the Community

The Home Depot Foundation generously donated $5000 to be used for helping prepare the grounds for landscaping at the Youth Resource Centre & Emergency Shelter. To help make this project a reality, on Thursday, September 25, 2014, Home Depot staff laced up their work boots, strapped on their tool belts and showed their passion for the community. Volunteers from the five Home Depot stores in Winnipeg helped build fences, moved rocks, put down weed barrier and helped spread dirt. Team Depot brought a lot of energy and took time out of their busy day to give back to the community. MYS could not have done this without their help. From the bottom of our hearts... thank you Team Depot!
