Macdonald Youth Services required experienced Youth Care Workers (YCWs) for a new program starting within the Kisewatisiwin (KISE) Service area in The Pas, Manitoba. YCWs are responsible to provide care and specialized treatment for the youth in KISE programs in accordance with agency policies and the treatment philosophy of MYS.  YCWs also carry out all duties and responsibilities within a youth-centered, relationship-based strengths framework that promotes the cultivation and mobilization of youth strengths, potentials and capacity for growth.

SALARY RANGE:  Depending on qualifications per annum, plus an additional five percent (5%) Northern Allowance. MYS offers a competitive benefit package and pension plan for employees in salaried/permanent positions.
 

HOURS OF WORK: casual to begin, with the possibility of moving into a part or full time position as the program grows
