This week, we've been talking about kindness. Small acts of kindness can go a long way. Some even say they can make the world a better place! Showing kindness bring us feelings of happiness, fulfillment and compassion toward others - things we could all use more of right now! There are many different ways that we can practice and show kindness; by complimenting someone, helping without being asked, sharing a smile, or making someone a card to let them know how much you appreciate them.
Kindness is something we can practice daily and we've included a bunch of resources here to help. Not only does it help brighten the days of those around us, but there are so many other positives. Showing kindness is good for our own mental and physical healh. It boosts our immune systems and our self-esteem, and helps connect us with the people around us.
