Positivity and Reframing Negative Thoughts

We hope everyone has been holding up as well as possible during the last week. Personally, I've been embracing this slower pace of life. It has allowed me many opportunities to reflect on my regular routine, including the parts that do not serve me in a positive way. It has allowed me to be more in tune with my body, and has prompted me to acknowledge how I move through this world. I have been reminded of the importance of being connected with oneself, and have created meaningful opportunities for this to happen. I have spent more time outdoors, made more phone calls, and have expressed and talked about how I am feeling wiht my loved ones (something that doesn't always happen!)

The current situation we are in will affect each one of us differently. Our hope is that amid the stress, change and uncertainty, you will be able to practice gratitude and find moments of hope and positivity within your days. As well, we hope you are able to support our young people in doing the same.
