Mark it on your calendar! Thursday, September 3, 2009, all youth, families, staff, volunteers and the community are welcome to come together at 175 Mayfair Ave to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of Macdonald Youth Services (MYS).

“MYS has served Manitoba youth and families for 80 years, helping them overcome crises and take remarkable steps to better their futures,” said Dr. Erma Chapman, Executive Director at MYS.  “Thursday will be an exciting day of fun and games for everyone as we celebrate and honour what MYS has done for our community.”

“It’s going to be a great event, with carnival games, food, cotton candy, music and an interesting archive on MYS’ history,” said Philipa Caplan, Donor Relations at MYS. “We hope to have a lot of people join us as we mark this important milestone.”

Everyone is welcome to come on down and take part in the celebration of helping youth and families for 80 years.
