April 15th, 2009 marked the fourth MYS info chat on 1290 with Don Percy.  As the year goes on, MYS will be keeping listeners up to date on MYS events and programs.  Erma Chapman, Executive Director of MYS has discussed some of the programs at MYS along with some of our events, including the 100 Society reception, MYS Mini-Open, concerts featuring The Weakerthans, a Fashion Brunch Fundraiser and our Gala Dinner Under the Big Top. Dr. Chapman also unvield this year’s recipient of the Sir Hugh John Macdonald Memorial Award to be Bill Knight.

MYS will also be sponsoring weather on Curve 94.3 starting Wednesday, April 22nd so listen on your way to work.  There will also be spots on 1290 and Curve throughout the next few weeks that discuss MYS events and agency information.
