Macdonald Youth Services is proud to announce that we have received funding from the Winnipeg Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation. This support will be used by our Specialized Individual Program (SIP) to purchase computer tools and software for the Learning Centre. The Learning Centre education program objective include helping students to explore thoughts, ideas, feelings and experiences to build self esteem and self awareness, celebrate and build a sense of community and cultural identity, develop independent living skills and healthy lifestyle practices and to engage and acknowledge a higher sense of self and a sense of purpose.
On behalf of the Management, Employees and Board of MYS, we would like to thank Winnipeg Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation for helping us to continue to grow futures for Manitoba youth, families and communities.
